I recommend this book as a great way to turn your attitude around....just think how great it would be if none of us complained about the trivial day in and day out things of the world....
We have become a world and a culture of complainers...we don't like this, we don't want that, we want more of this, our back hurts, our head aches, our neighbors are guilty of some thing or another, it's too hot, it's too cold...the world is flat, the world is round...you get the picture.
Take the challenge...don't complain for 21 days...it isn't easy....taking the challenge showed me just how often something negative or contrary came out of my mouth.....I haven't achieved non-complaint perfection...but I am beginning to appreciate what is...rather than worry, or complain about what isn't...and over all..life feels better !
