Loving What is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life by Byron Katie
Loving What is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life

lmbiskup, April 11, 2006

In Loving What Is, Byron Katie, is offering us a great gift - four questions and a turnaround that allow us to see what is really true. Since reading Loving What Is, I have used The Work on issues related to my mother, father, husband, children, work, money, illness and death, and every time I investigate my stressful thinking about these issues, I deepen my sense of inner peace and freedom. I can honestly say that today I live in a much kinder, much more peaceful world - and I am loving it!

If you are wanting things to be different than they are, always waiting for something or somebody to change so you can finally be happy, I suggest you read this book. It will show you a way to question all that you believe and return home to your true nature - love.

This book gives you the tools you need to live a relaxed, peaceful, joy-filled life - no matter what happens. It is not about positive thinking, not about letting go, and not about controlling your mind - it is about questioning your stressful thoughts and asking yourself to go within to find what is really true for you - in this moment, right now.

This is the most important book I have read and I highly recommend it to everybody!!! Also check out Katie's web site: www.thework.com.
