We were searching for a more earth friendly and landscape appealing chicken coop for our small acreage. we are semi urban yet semi country in locality.
After going over this book, we were over joyed that there were instructions and pictures on building a cordwood coop adequate in size for 16 chickens. The perfect home for our flock of 15.
With neighbors having their old pine trees cut down, we have logs drying and ready to be split for breaking ground next Spring.
A great book with a wide range of inspiration. Clear instructions and helpful advice!
Thank you for putting out such a great book not just for the smll flock owner but one that covers every size flock from 2 birds to 1,000!
I have already shared with a homesteading group how helpful this book has been. Many are asking to borrow my death gripped copy, but a few have already gone out and bought it from my recommendation.
