I LOVE this book. It is amazing, especially if you have the cd's (Endless Wave being one). I have arthritus in my hips and was in pain. Dancing the way Gabrielle suggests has helped me loosen up and move. I am planing on going Dancing!!! which I hvnt done in years. This experience is SPIRITUAL and helps me understand my body and how all parts are connected. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, Thankyou Gabrielle Roth!
