This book is absolutely fantastic. Not only does Mosher cover the ways to breakdown and analyze a beer's characteristics, but he also provides a wonderful history of each style, region, and the beverage as a whole. The book is carefully categorized by broad styles, regions and specific styles so whenever you crack open a brew, you can quickly reference the notes as to what exemplifies the style.
Recommended reading for anyone who has even the slightest interest in the world's greatest drink!
