I was lucky enough to find this book at a garage sale. I picked it up for a quarter. The best quarter I ever spent!
Being codependant myself, this book is perfect for anyone who has the same disease that I do. Always gives you insite and information to ponder. Has helped me so much in my every day life and dealing with all types of people. Family being first, then whom ever I interact with during the day. A very gifted writer has given us words to live by.
