This book is an excellent book i enjoyed reading it a lot. It teaches us the values, moods, competitive organization. how to motivate employees,...It is an important book for every person who want to succeed in his/her organization. The only comment is that i bought a book but i didnt have the paper which has a password to allow me to do quizzes and other resources. Why don't you allow that for everyone on the website without having password.Thank You Very Much
