Sundays at Moosewood Restaurant: Ethnic and Regional Recipes from the Cooks at the Legendary Restaurant

This is my favorite cookbook when I want something different and delicious. I also love to give this book as a gift. It has everything-often soup, salad, appetizers, drinks, main course, and dessert- from each ethnic culture that is explored from Southern USA to Africa to (my fave) the Carribean. You will truly enjoy this if you like to cook and are adventurous in your tastes. My favorites (so far) are the first recipe -West African Spicy Peanut Soup, and Sweet Potato Balls -which I made this Christmas and was blown away!

Happy Eating!!
