Over the years I've read lots of books on sales and several on prospecting and getting referrals, but this is the only book I've read on referrals that really makes sense. McCord explains in detail why what I've been taught doesn't work and then he explains, again in detail, what does work. And it does! I've only had the book a few days, but I've already gotten several good referrals that I would never have gotten before I read it. Really good, practical information. The stuff that makes you money.
