This book helps to keep our history alive.
School children today receive very little instruction on the American Revolution. There are so many forgotten figures.
I belong to Sheldon's Horse, of the 2nd Continental Light Dragoons. Benjamin Tallmadge, an officer with the original unit, later became Gen Washington's Chief of Intelligence. Anna Strong aided Tallmadge's network which was known as the "Culper Spy Ring" Women played important roles as spys. Thank you Pegi Shea.
