Dear Mr. Henshaw (Avon Camelot Books) by Beverly Cleary
Dear Mr. Henshaw (Avon Camelot Books)

msbi510, September 20, 2011

I enjoyed this book so much that it reminded me when I was growing up in the 60's and we had the portion behind the coat closet. You entered the classroom and put your lunch, coats and whatever else couldn't fit in your desk. The title fits the story perfect and this young boy has great affection for his dad in every entry it shows clearly. This story make me look into my minds eye deeply until it makes consider writing my own life experiences, thoughts and ups and downs. Thank you for the avenue to post my comments.
