Wow, you will never look at your slice of toast the same way again. A very interesting perspective and everyone should read it, even if you don't have weight to loose.

This book was fabulous! I have been struggling with how to choose my next direction in life an this book has helped me considerably. It has you look at things that most don't think of to find out what your real "play" (not work) should be. I recommend this book to all who feel like there is more to life but just don't know what it is yet.
