I have knit only one pattern in this book. The name and description is a misnomer. Most of the patterns in this book take more than one skein of yarn.
I purchased this book in hopes of finding patterns to use up all those extra single skeins that I have cluttering my stash, but this book did not meet those needs.

Charmed Knits: Projects for Fans of Harry Potter by Alison Hansel

I just love, love this book! If you are a Harry Potter fan or you have Harry Potter fans who are loved ones, this is a must have. The patterns represent just about every knit item in the first 3 movies with a few extra Harry Potter inspired knits.
The patterns range from a super simple scarf to a more difficult Weasely Clock blanket pattern. It even has Mrs. Weasely's crazy sweaters!
The instructions are basic and easy to read for most knitters.
