Wow! Perfectly crafted, tightly woven, complex tale. A unique and hard to define novel, equally hard to put down. If you love books and the written word, if you love intriguing tales and unforgettable charachters, this is a must read.

Dhampir by Barb Hendee
Dhampir

This series is great for those who have beecome dissapointed by the Anita Blake series. Each volume reveals more backstory and depth in this world and characters. Good battle and action scenes and character depth. New twists of vampires and "supernatural" subjects.

This highly entertaining novel mixes real life people with fiction in a fast paced story that doubles as part history lesson. Vivid characters and complex plotlines make this novel one of the most enjoyable I've read this year.
