i love this book sooooooooooo much in the Lunatic Cafe i was unsure of Jean Claude and how i wanted it to play out with him but the way things played out in this book with the two of them, i wouldn't want it any other way.

The first book brought about many characters including Jean-Claude who was created for everyone to get the hots for and in this one, nothing has changed. It's just makes you want him more and who wouldn't want to be that close to Jean-Claude and that much power.

this was one of my favorite anita blake books out because it brings in more of richard then we had been seeing and allows us to get to know the character better even though theres not much to do about vampires in this one. It changed my outlook on Jean Claude though.

I love all of the Anita blake books and Laurell K. Hamilton can do no wrong by me, not the way she writes.(12 of 23 readers found this comment helpful)
