This is the first Vonnegut book I have read and I absolutely loved it! His writing style is witty and thought provoking, using a lot of peculiar words I was unfamiliar with. He interjects history, science, and science fiction into this book. As a science geek, Galapagos was an amazing look into the future (or at least Vonnegut's vision of the future) and how the role of modern humans played a part in shaping the future of our species; a very different future than I suspect the average Homo sapiens envisions. I look forward to reading more from him.
