i knew ernest, he lived in the house on the corner of knowles ln. and catherine st.in key west. i was born in that house .upon asking about a car he had for sale,which we bought. he asked us if we would like to buy one of his cookbooks. we bought 2. we got to be friends.he passed in 1988.i will always remember him and miss him very much.his dream came true.and is with us forever."budded on earth to bloom in heaven" r.i.p ernest ,your friend- roy r. sheidy AKA boo boo
