The Key to My Neighbor's House: Seeking Justice in Bosnia and Rwanda by Elizabeth Neuffer
The Key to My Neighbor's House: Seeking Justice in Bosnia and Rwanda

saraheroth, May 17, 2007

As a high school student in the 90s, I missed out on some important world events because I never really read the newspaper. Neuffer's insighful descriptions of the genocides in Bosnia and Rwanda created a vivid understanding of how the world waited and waited to make a difference in these two areas. Neuffer's writing provided clarity to a region in eastern Europe that I failed to understand even after receiving a college education. The stories of justice or injustice should be read by anyone seeking to be a better informed, more aware citizen of the world.
