My husband was given this book when he graduated from High School in 1983. Our copy is literally falling apart because we have both continued to use it almost 30 years later. I recommend it for new or experienced cooks as it contains lots of great information, pictures, and recipes that have become some of our family favorites. I'm buying one for my soon-to-graduate son, and a new one for myself!
