This is a powerful film. The scenes of retreating glaciers will shock you. Al Gore gives you the science behind global warming, and makes it very easy to understand. While this film may disturb you about the extent the damage caused by global warming, it is not at all hopeless. It is made clear that we can and must do something about it, and it tells you how.
