i thought that this book was great. it is well written, organized and even slightly comical. there are plenty of stats and resources for further reading and research as well.
this is a great book for someone who is transitioning to a car free lifestyle. it's packed with tips and tricks on how to live car-free happily and without worry and clearly hammers home the economical benefits of living car free. it almost walks you through your first few weeks of bike commuting to work. if you are interesting bicycling to work, becoming car free, or looking for a few tips on how to make it all easier, i suggest that you give this book a read. i bet you'll keep for a bit as a reference.
