Barbara Kingsolver is inspiring and enlightening in this narrative! She sheds light on our food system, her beliefs, life in Appalachia Virginia, and the trials and successes of living locally. It was truly a family effort as evidenced by the insights of her daughter and husband within the book as well. Hooray Locavores!
