California Studies in Food and Culture #3: Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition by Marion Nestle
California Studies in Food and Culture #3: Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition

Marion Nestle has first hand knowledge of this food political game. She has opened my eyes to the food industries propaganda. I recommend this book, if you aren?t interested in the food aspect of it, read it just to learn the political aspect.
