Blue Like Jazz: Nonreligious Thoughts on Christian Spirituality by Donald Miller
Blue Like Jazz: Nonreligious Thoughts on Christian Spirituality

tessad, April 16, 2009

I just finished reading Don's honest journey with his evolving spiritual journey. What an amazing story it was. So many times I felt like I was reading some of my own thoughts. I choose to stand in awe! I love Jesus and wish to abandon everything to follow Him and love Him with my every being. I love the vulnerability that is in Don's writing...it lets the reader know he is human and thus is vulnerable. He holds on to the hand of Jesus and gets through his questions, struggles and awkwardness. In the end he finds passionate love for the Jesus who is so many things and in different ways unique to each of us on our journey's. This is a must read book!
