Koichi Tohei, a 10th Dan aikidoka and founder of the Ki Society, can give you a key to open and use your KI effectively. Kiatsu really makes me,a medical doctor, very surprised because of its power. It is not easy to study Kiatsu but if you practise Kiatsu effectively, you not only keep yourself healthy but also help others to have a good condition in both mind and body.
