I can still remember in elementary school when our teacher was reading "Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout would not take the garbage out..." and how we all laughed and laughed as the mess grew and grew!
What a wonderful book, full of funny and inventive poetry. What a loss it would be if this book was not shared with our children.
Mine have the book and we read it to this day. My kids love the same poems that I love. We love to read them and laugh together.
