Taking the Leap: Freeing Ourselves from Old Habits and Fears

traydee, January 1, 2013

Terrific down-to-earth guidance for releasing habitual responses to everyday triggers. Great for changing our relationship to addictive substances and to overcoming fearful thoughts that hold us back from living fully.

Dragon Keepers #1: The Dragon in the Sock Drawer (Dragon Keepers)

traydee, August 15, 2012

My 7-y/o nephew and I read this book together and it was a blast! So much fun we had to force ourselves to keep our one-chapter-per-night plan! A must-read for dragon fans, big fun.

Makes sense we can use magnets to help heal our bodies since we are electrical beings! Clear, easy-to-use instructions to help heal emotional wounds that are trapped in our bodies.

Soulcraft: Crossing Into the Mysteries of Nature and Psyche by Bill Plotkin
Soulcraft: Crossing Into the Mysteries of Nature and Psyche

traydee, January 1, 2012

Truly exceptional step-by-step instruction for connecting to Soul. Rather than focusing exclusively on intellect and Spirit so common in Western society, Plotkin gives concrete advice for going deep into feeling, sensing, and connecting to the earthier parts of our selves. I will definitely be digesting this book again next year and highly recommend it to everyone ready to find their own Soul and its purpose.
