Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
Fahrenheit 451

treekid, August 9, 2012

I really enjoy reading books that reflect the nature of humans. In Fahrenheit 451, it does just that. It shows humans fear of the unknown and the majorities' unwillingness to try new things, or their willingness to follow the crowd. If you are a person who enjoys reading a book that leaves you thinking, I would recommend this book to you.

Listening for Lions by Gloria Whelan
Listening for Lions

treekid, September 20, 2011

Listening for Lions is a book I would recommend to anyone of any age. This book contains a story line that not only instructs the reader on fictional, but all together realistic historic events, but is also a page turner. Every page will leave you wanting to read more so that you are incapable of putting the book down.
