I had trouble with this guide. The plumage color organization somehow was not as helpful as I had envisioned it being. Perhaps it's because the little things move so quickly, and with the changing light their apparent plumage color changes - at least to me. However, It is probably one of the better beginners' guides out there. The others are so cumbersome in their organization that one finds the bird in the guide long after the one at the feeder has gone.
