I am an actor who is doing a one-man richard Hugo play in Chicago in Jan., and at the Hugo House in Seattle Feb. 23,24,25, and 26.
I met Frances McCue, the author, and I hope to meet Mary Randlett, the photographer, when I do the show.

Frances is a brilliant, wonderful, giving person who wrote a book called "Bled", about grieving over her husband's death. She didn't know Hugo any more than I did, but she told me she found him "endearing". I feel the same way, warts and all!
I'm also doing this show in San Francisco in the Fall of 2012 for a 3-week run.
I have become smitten with Hugo's memory, and with Frances' intellect and grace!
