The Art of Non-Conformity: Set Your Own Rules, Live the Life You Want, and Change the World by Chris Guillebeau
The Art of Non-Conformity: Set Your Own Rules, Live the Life You Want, and Change the World

tyler.tervooren, October 23, 2010

The Art of Non-Conformity is a thoughtful look at how we live our lives, but it's much more than just an observation. Through-out the book, Chris stresses the point that you don't have to live the way everyone else expects you to. In fact, it's incredibly important that you don't.

If you're the type that looks for new and unique ways to solve problems and do exciting things in your life, then you'll enjoy The Art of Non-Conformity. Chris chronicles his own experiences living an unconventional life and points to some very poignant lessons that can be learned from taking an average idea and turning it on its head.

It's not just Chris, though. The book tells the stories of several other people that made the decision to do things differently and took their own lives from average to extraordinary, with a heavy focus on life, entrepreneurship, and travel.

It's an inspiring and motivating tale that is light on judgment, heavy on strategies and tactics, and also comes with a suite of bonus material that's available for free online.
