This was definitely my favorite book of the year! It was great to read historical fiction that seems so timely and has such a fresh, modern tone. Actually, I was really bummed that I didn't see that my review of "Wolf Hall" made the 'Daily Dose' until it was too late to claim a gift certificate but it hasn't stopped me raving about this book to everyone!

I've enjoyed historical fiction before but was surprised how quickly this book grabbed me and how modern this story felt. Believe me, I know first hand that you don't have to know who Thomas Cromwell is to enjoy this fantastic novel. I'm already looking forward to the sequel!

Thoughtfully illustrated, full of fascinating information, this book profiles famous people throughout history and how their "autistic" qualities helped in their success. Great for older children and adults, especially those struggling to cope with the gift of being different.
