This is the best vegan cookbook I have found yet. The recipes are straightforward, easy, and delicious. It was created by a chef at Intel, who has been vegan for years and wanted to re-create family favorites in animal-free form. My kid also loves the recipes, as have relatives that didn't realize vegan food could be so good. Favorite recipes that get used over and over from this cookbook in our house include sun-dried tomato hummus, drop biscuits, cake & cookie recipes, zucchini bread, and stir-fry, to name just a few. I haven't found a recipe that did not work out yet!
