I have found this book to be very informative, in regards to survival in many different climates. Not one made to coddle those that just want to hear someone tell them they are good no matter what. It tells it like it is in the outdoors, what you need and what has to happen with your survival. It covers making your self into a fighter to a survivor in the streets. Or making your self into a hermit living out in the wilds.
