The Eyes of the Dragon: A Story by Stephen King
The Eyes of the Dragon: A Story

wscaddell, March 10, 2007

Through Joe Hills blog I discovered that there a Stephen King novel out there that I haven't read. So this will hasten a road trip to my local bookstore.

About Wallace Stevens poem, "The Emporer of Ice Cream," which Mr. King referred to in the interview. The poem is one of my favorites of his. I think it is about a woman who has died and that there is a reference to a religious song in the line, "Let the lamp affix it's beam."
