An excellent book for anyone interested in food politics and veganism/vegetarianism. Pollan has some interesting (and controversial I'm sure) ideas about domesticated animals and writes about one particular family farm that raises animals in a most humane way. I admit that it's a little sappy in the end, but I ate it up willingly!
