Every year, the booksellers at Powell’s submit their Top Fives: their five favorite books that were released in 2023. Time Travelers Wife

I thought this book was very clever in the way the author worked out the details of Clare and Henry's lives. In the beginning of the book you find yourself a bit confused by the time travel. But by the end of it, you are completely comfortable with it. It is definitely a good 'book club' book. There is a lot to talk about.

This was a very good book. I picked it up because I read "My Sister's Keeper" and enjoyed the way Picoult wrote. Eugenics was a word I had never heard of before and I was shocked to learn that there was a real project like this in Vermont. It is a thought provoking book. A good one for a book club to consider. There are many interesting characters in this book to discuss.

This book has a lot of twists and turns. As Parsifal's life is being revealed, you think you know what happened to him. Then you're shocked that you're wrong. It is a good quick read.
