Night Circus
by
Erin Morgenstern
Sharon Leon
, August 04, 2012
I'm not much of a fantasy reader, but, wow, did I love this book. I was hooked from the opening it Morgenstern totally brought me into the world of the night circus and the beautiful magic that made it possible. I was entranced, and really sad that it was over in the end. Just like the devotees of the circus, I would be right there with my red scarf if I could have some more.

The voice in this novel is haunting. The mystery unfolds backward and reveals itself as we lose the main character. Fascinating.
