A very good read. A great story well written. He brings a lot of stuff together and pulls it off. I will definitely check out his early novels.

A little sad, but very funny. A very good read and not just for kids. It brought me back to the stories my mother told me about growing up Native in a mostly white world. Highly recommended!

Popco

A rich, clever, and quirky novel that is full of ideas. Very well written with an interesting main character. Her most recent novel, 'The End of Mr. Y', should also be checked out. Scarlette Thomas' novels are all good, but 'Popco' is a good place to start. She is a writer to follow. This title is highly recommended.

A view of the Second World War we in the west seldom hear about. Based on information that has only become available since the fall of the Soviet Union. A great and tragic story. A must read.

An eclectic collection of stories, articles, and musings by some of our best new writers. Some are experimental and avant-garde, but don't be scared off. This is good solid writing to be read. Enjoy!

A very powerful and compulsively readable novel. This just might be THE novel about the Vietnam war and the American experience there.
