How to Open & Operate a Financially Successful Pet Sitting Business With Companion CD ROM
by

This is something I do on the side; pet sit. When I began reading this, I found it a very interesting and useful tool for people who want to actually move their part time, or extra cash making pet sitting business into an actual full time career. It explains how to go about getting a lawyer and how having one can help you through not only legal matters but even just registering your business’ name. This book goes through many different ways of setting up ways to be paid, so you have many options on how large or small to make your bill. In later chapters it also explains on how to care for each type of animal in order to further educate people so they can become good pet sitters. This book is packed with so much information, but is not excessively long. If you’re an animal lover and wanting to open your own business dealing with them this is the book for you. It is well worth the $39.95 price tag. This book defiantly deserves a 5/5.

How to Get Into the Top Graduate Schools

Being a student myself, I was very interested in this book right off the bat. It explains many myths and truths about graduate school. What you think will get you in, may not, but this book is full of tips and websites to help you get into that Ivy League school every student dreams of and every parent hopes for. It also helps you in choosing which samples of your work to submit, so you have a higher chance of being accepted. It provides a sample résumé, so you know how to write one out when applying to the school. It also helps you with your student loans, deciding on how much you’ll need and how to pay it back. While reading this, I found many helpful ideas and tips. Any student needs this book. This would also be good for those people who are getting ready to continue their education after years of not being in school. A 5/5 for this one. It’s a very important book to own.

How to Retire Comfortably and Happy on Less Money Than the Financial Experts Say You Need: Insider Secrets to Spending Less While Living More
by

This is a well written book bent on helping people retire without having to put away tons and tons of money. It explains how to eliminate your debt before retirement, gives ideas how to reduce your mortgage, and how you should be prepared for credit increases if you plan on taking debt with you into retirement. It also warns you about things like CDs and how the bank can cancel them on you with a “call feature”. It also explains IRA accounts and had just about everything you need in it to retire. I found this book enjoyable and very helpful. It can help just about anyone whether they’re getting ready to retire, or are young and looking to put money away, or even those who are already retired and looking for ways to minimize their debt. I give this book a 5/5. Everyone should pick it up.
