Dont Eat This Book Fast Food & the Supersizing of America

Great read, it was a great companion to the movie. offers some serious insite into the world of nutrition and fast food and how it is becoming incorporated. Pointing the finger at not just the obvious offenders (Mc D's and the King); in the novel he also calls out Subway a little more overtly. Originally read this because I was a huge fan of the movie. read it a second time on the tredmill when I was trying to loose a few pounds, and I plan on reading it again to help me get back into a healthy mindset. Not dry reading at all, very insiteful yet also quite entertaining. Recommend this for anyone who is interested in loosing a few pounds for the new year, or anyone just trying to be a little more knowledgeable about what their world is eating.

Devil You Know

A great, hard boiled acult novel that will draw you further in the more pages that you turn. Felix Castor is your Jaded London'r that see's the world that is becoming ever more visible, "Fix" communicates and sees the spirits that move around us, in the form of zombies and Loup-Garous (Warewolves). Set in Modern Day London, the British flavor to this novel adds a beautiful hint of character to what is already an unforgettable read. Heavily Recommend this
