Dr. Brown's writing is enjoyable - I read this book when I was flying between Ontario and Alberta. Some of the insights provided are simply building blocks on other works. He has a masterful way of writing and explaining the simple concepts of human life. He offers many tasks that help the reader with his or her personal "challenges". My favorite chapter in the book is "The Unconditional State". It reminded me how I should be living my own life. Dr. Brown has is an instinctive writer.
