This is the type of book which should be taught in every civics class in Canada and the US at the same time that history classes discuss the Kangaroo courts and the Lettre de Cachet.

This is the book so many have been waiting for. This book should be required reading in every school, especially in every introductory economics course and every course on entrepreneurship. We need to cut this pernicious lie of the self-made man/woman off at the knees and the only way to do that is to make sure every child knows it is false at the same time they realise Santa Claus never existed.
