What would it be like if no one but you remembered that your home ever existed? Kay's writing is always very good and is better than a lot of the Fantasy that's available. He always pulls in a lot of threads from different cultures and he always tells a good story, but this particular story line is espcially intriguing because of the idea of shared memory. He also brings in the idea that the enemy in any struggle is no worse and no better than we are ourselves.
