Every year, the booksellers at Powell’s submit their Top Fives: their five favorite books that were released in 2023. It’s a list that, when put together, shows just how varied and interesting the book tastes of Powell’s booksellers are. This audio is great for trying to find balance in work and home. It gives helpful tips and advice in entertaining ways, along with ways to keep your life stress-free. I have read his books as well, and they all have direct approaches to a well-managed life. I would recommend this to anybody who constantly tries to seem stress-free but can't.

60 Second Self-Starter: Sixty Solid Techniques for Motivating Yourself at Work

I have read this book and some other books listed on his website (www.breathingspace.com). I didn't know what to expect from these products other than that they would give insight on finding time and work balance in a chaotic life. However, his products all have something new in each one of them. I recommended them to my staff workers and they all have had similar reviews on how easy the book is to follow (you don't just want to skim the pages). It has good effective strategies of keeping your attention throughout the book and you can read it again and again.

I've read this book and "The 60 Second Starter" and they both give great tips and strategies on how to maintain a stress-free life, whether it is at home or at work. It has different methods throughout the book to keep the reader alert and attentive. It's not a hard read or boring, like most self-guide books are. It has a variety of tips and techniques that can be put into use.
