In my top five vegan cookbooks...actually in my top five any kind of cookbook! Absolutely fabulous recipes covering authentic everyday Italian meals and creative twists on Italian favorites. Pesto Pizza with a Semolina Crust, Linguine with Breadcrumbs and Lemon, Frying-Pan Pizza...Magnifico! Delizioso! :)

Superfabulous book! Definitely dark comedic undertones amidst the many rich layers of this intriguing story. Complex and compelling plot, truly interesting, fascinating character interaction and satisfying ending that only leaves you wanting for more from this talented author! ★★★★★

Superfabulous book! The recipes would sway the most hardcore carnivore to the vegan side. These are "meaty" sandwiches in that they are dense with satisfying flavorful layers of delicious ingredients. There are pockets, paninis, wraps and waffle sandwiches alongside traditional favorites like reubens and po' boys, and many cuisines are covered from Jamaica to Japan. Personal favorites: Chickpea Shawarma, Muffaletta, Crispy Leek Mushroom Mania Sandwich, Curried Chickpea and Chutney Pitas, Berry-Stuffed French Toast Pockets Check out the author's websites for details on the books and more mouthwatering recipes than you can shake a carnivore's club at!
