The book starts with a very conversant note. It esteblishes that at every instant of our life we are at argument, be it friends, peers, boss, spouse, parents or self. The author goes on to explain what goes wrong or the common mistakes we make in professional as well as personal lives and how we could easily have made the winning argument. An excellent and a must read for everyone.
