Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

As the nation's only celebrity werewolf, reclusive late-night radio host Kitty Norville finds her life invaded by publicity after she is summoned to Washington, D.C., to testify at a Senate hearing on behalf of supernaturals, and is confronted by a slew of new friends and enemies, including the city's vampire mistress, a sexy Brazilian were-jaguar, and a paranoid senator out to expose her. Original.

Synopsis:

Celebrity werewolf and late-night radio host Kitty Norville prefers to be heard and not seen. So when she's invited to testify at a Senate hearing on behalf of supernaturals, and her face gets plastered on national TV, she inherits a new set of friends, and enemies, including the vampire mistress of the city; an uber-hot Brazilian were-jaguar; and a Bible-thumping senator who wants to expose Kitty as a monster. Kitty quickly learns that in this city of dirty politicians and backstabbing pundits, everyone's itching for a fight.

Synopsis:

Following in the hugely successful tradition of Dime Store Magic and Dead Witch Walking, here is the second in the series about Kitty, a werewolf. As usual, Kitty just wants to speak her mind and stand up for herself. But when so many people see her as a means to their own ends, she can't run fast enough to stay out of trouble.

Nice spin on the whole werewolf thing that's so popular now. I like Kitty. She's someone I could easily be friends with. Definitely a fun read.
