Hoeger is a full-time professor and director of the Human Performance Laboratory at Boise State University. He is a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and is the recipient of the first 2004 Presidential Award for Research and Scholarship in the College of Education at Boise State University. Dr. Hoeger uses his knowledge and experiences to write engaging, informative books that thoroughly address today's fitness and wellness issues in a format accessible to students.
