Downsiders is a clever mixture of fact and fiction that captures enough of the imagination to make you wonder which is which. The author has made it easy to envision the existence of two worlds separated by layers of concrete and steel, but connected by a single strand of adolescent innocence of the only two people in the story with the ability to look beyond the surface to the heart. Those two people are Talon and Lindsey. For me, this novel is every bit as entertaining as it is thought provoking. This novel held my attention from beginning to end. I recommend it to sci-fi fans looking to explore the possibility of new worlds closer to home.

The title of this book makes you think like maybe its a book about People that live life in a rather (exuse my language) shitty syle. Like maybe they were brought up wrong and turned to drugs or something. The actual Meaning of the title. Is completely differnt though. Loved this book..Its my favorite book.
